I cannot believe the Superbowl is already here! Luckily we are attending parties this year rather than throwing one, but it’s still nice to have something to bring, or to devour before heading out so we aren’t tempted with all of the crazy grain filled offerings.
It’s fall, errr, wait, it’s winter! That means a lot of freaking cold weather. When we moved to the “south” I expected sunshine and swimsuits year round, and so far we’ve had 3 snow storms. Apparently Virginia isn’t south enough.
If one thing means the holidays to me, it’s pumpkin pie. My grandmother always makes the best pie, she still makes it for me when I go home.
Sometimes food is weird. I never liked cheesecake until I got pregnant. After that, you needed a mac truck to make me stop eating it.
