BREAKFAST
RUSTIC PALEO BREAKFAST PIZZA – Ancestral Nutrition
I don’t know about you, but I could eat pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tapioca starch is one of the flours that I always keep in my pantry (it’s a main ingredient in the Paleo pancakes I make weekly), so it would be easy to whip up this crust one morning.
PALEO FRUIT & NUT BREAD – The View from Great Island
I get bored with eggs and bacon for breakfast, so every now and again I like to throw in something unexpected into my breakfast routine and this fruit and nut bread fits the bill!
LUNCH
EGGROLL IN A BOWL – Ancesteral Nutrition
Just like breakfast, I get bored with my usual salad for lunch. This eggroll in a bowl seems like the perfect dish to shake things up. I’ll probably add some sautéed chicken to bump up the protein factor. Yum yum.
PALEO CRAB CAKES – Healing Gourmet
I am all about a good crab cake! I don’t have them often unfortunately. Living in
Tennessee means we don’t have access to good seafood all the time, but I think it would be worth a splurge and visit to the seafood counter for this recipe.
DINNER
PALEO SWEET POTATO SLOPPY JOES – Paleo Newbie
I have a weird confession to make. I love sloppy joes. And I’ve missed them dearly since going Paleo. I will be making these immediately!
FOIL BAKED SALMON – Primavera Kitchen
Salmon, asparagus, lemon, and onions. It doesn’t get much easier than that. I love a quick, easy, mess-free dinner.
CAULIFLOWER HAMBURGER CASSEROLE – Grass Fed Girl
Casseroles are my jam. They are easy, delicious, usually one pot, and provide us meals for several days. Cauliflower is one of the most underused ingredients in my opinion. It is so easy to work with and beefs up so many recipes. I don’t even like real mashed potatoes anymore. It’s cauliflower tators for me!
DESSERT
4 INGREDIENT PALEO NUTELLA COOKIES – The Big Man’s World
When I was younger, I spent a summer dancing ballet in Alba, Italy, which happens to be the home of the oh so delicious, Nutella. So let’s just say I have a serious love affair with the chocolate hazelnut spread. While this recipe doesn’t use real deal Nutella, I love the idea of a chocolate hazelnut cookie. I’ll be giving these a go sometime soon.
