Free Weekly Mini Paleo Meal Plan

Paleo Mini Meal Plan

I don’t know about you, but planning weekly menus helps to keep me sane. Don’t get me wrong….my husband and I still have the nights where we blankly stare at each other with the… What do you want for dinner look. But at least we have some idea of what our choices are and of course all the ingredients to make the meals happen.

I have my go-to, don’t have to think about meals that stay in rotation pretty consistently, but I’m always looking for new ideas. People often ask if eating Paleo gets boring, and I want to shout it from the rooftops that NOOOOO it’s not. There are so many options, you just have to get creative and get in the kitchen. And if you really can’t do it, you can always take advantage of our Paleo meal plans, we do the hard work for you including recipe testing and creating the weekly shopping lists!

Each week we’ll be highlighting some of the best Paleo recipes from around the web in mini menus like this so you can try new things.

Paleo Sausage English Muffin

I have to admit that I do get stuck sometimes when it comes to breakfast. A girl, especially being pregnant, can only eat so many plain ‘ol scrambled eggs.

Does this Egg “McMuffin” just not look amazing? Sometimes I do miss having a sandwich on the Paleo diet. This totally will satisfy that desire. Yum!

*If your mornings can be rushed like mine, try making the sausage patties ahead of time and
keeping them on hand in the fridge. The eggs will cook quickly so you can just whip those up in the morning and you’ll be all set with a delicious breakfast “sandwich”.

Who doesn’t love a good crunch? I think I’ll pair these sweet potato beauties with some quick & easy steak & eggs.

Paleo Avocado Tuna Salad

I’m always on the hunt for quick and easy lunch ideas. I could eat avocados all day every day, so this tuna salad really hits home for me. And I love that there is no mayo to make. Add some chopped up celery and a little cayenne pepper or paprika for more crunch and a little kick. Can’t wait to try this!

PALEO PRETZEL DOGS – A Girl Worth Saving

There will be no convincing me that your mouth didn’t just water! These little guys are moving up to the top of my post pregnancy wish list. If you keep a stocked Paleo pantry then you will have all the ingredients needed for A Girl Worth Saving’s pretzel dough
already on hand. I’ll be pairing these with some fruit for the perfect grab and go lunch. These are perfect for both kids and adults.

Paleo Spaghetti and Meatballs

Who doesn’t love a good casserole? They are the perfect make ahead meal that can be enjoyed for several days, and let’s be honest…sometimes the leftovers taste even better. This meal will definitely be making an appearance in my post-baby dinner rotation.

Spaghetti and meatballs is a staple in my Italian household. It was a little difficult to give up noodles when we made the switch to Paleo, but now I don’t even miss real noodles with all the alternatives out there. This is another kid & adult favorite! I love to make extra meatballs and keep them in the freezer. They make for a perfect, quick lunch or dinner when in a pinch.

*I don’t own a spiralizer, but still make “zoodles” all the time. All you need is a julienne peeler. They can be found at cooking stores for mere dollars. And voila, you can julienne zucchini, squash, eggplant, and more. Spaghetti squash make great noodle alternatives as well.

PALEO HONEY SESAME CHICKEN – Dani Stout Holistic Health Coach
One of the things that can be hard to go without is take out when switching to the Paleo
diet. There are some acceptable, in a pinch, places that we will pick up food from when it’s just a must, but by in large it’s a no-no. Crave Chinese takeout no more! Make it yourself.

Dani recommends serving this with white rice and explains her reasoning, but fear not if you do not tolerate any starch well. I would probably always serve this with cauliflower rice anyways!

Paleo Molten Lava Cake

Who doesn’t love a good dessert? I try to still keep the splurges to a minimum, i.e. not eat a dessert every night, but I do still have a sweet tooth.

PALEO MOLTEN CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE – Clean Eating with a Dirty Mind
If you’ve ever been on a cruise before then you’ve probably had the extremely decadent, to-die for chocolate molten cake. And this Paleo version looks just as sinful as what they serve on the ships. I can’t wait to make this!
