Paleo Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tapioca or arrowroot flour
  • 1/3 cup PLUS 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl, mix well
  3. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, mix well
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until completely combined (it will look like thick mashed potatoes)
  5. Lay parchment paper on a pizza or cookie pan and spread the dough with your hands or the back of a spoon until it’s 1/4 inch thick
  6. Bake for 20 minutes
  7. Add toppings
  8. Bake another 15 minutes
