Welcome to Your Weekly Menu

NEW: We are uploading many of our back menus and new ones will be posted. This means you can choose your menu each week and grab it whenever you plan on shopping!

Shopping lists DO NOT include standard pantry staples such as oils, condiments, spices or baking supplies, unless they are of a quantity that is unusual for someone to have in stock. You can see our Pantry List here to make sure you are fully stocked.

  • The menus are in PDF, and each recipe is attached
  • There are prep notes under some days meals, these are to give you a heads up for that day or the next day for meals that may take longer to prepare, need something marinated overnight, or to save something for later in the week.
  • Each menu is created for a family of 4, please adjust recipes and shopping if you have more family members.
  • Meat substitutions: If you are avoiding one type of meat or fish, feel free to substitute the meat/fish you prefer. For instance, if you do not eat beef, simply substitute chicken in steak kebabs, etc.

NOTE: Our Hunter and Gatherer menus are now combined! That means you can choose to do just dinners or all three meals. The grocery list contains items for all the meals, but if you want to stick with just dinners, the ingredients needed are in yellow. The number in parenthesis is what is needed for just dinners.
